Vectohep A Antibodies Reagent Kit. Immunoassay test system for detecting antibodies to hepatitis A virus according to TU 9398-007-14392386-2008, consisting of (see attachment on 1 page):

• Immunoabsorbent - disassembled 96-well plate, with monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies immobilized on the inner surface of the wells to HAV antigen - 1 piece.
• HAV antigen - formalin-inactivated HAV antigen - 1 vial (5.1 ml).
• Positive control sample (K+) - inactivated human blood serum containing antibodies to HAV - 1 vial (0.8 ml).
• Negative control sample (K-) - inactivated human blood serum without antibodies to HAV - 1 vial (0.8 ml).
• Conjugate, concentrate (x10) - antibodies to HAV conjugated with horseradish peroxidase - 1 vial (0.7 ml).
• Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB), concentrate (x20) - 1 vial (0.7 ml).
• Phosphate-buffered saline solution with Tween, concentrate (25x PBS-T) - 1 vial (30 ml) or 3 vials (10 ml).
• Buffer solution for diluting conjugate (BSK) - 1 vial (7 ml).
• Citrate-phosphate buffer solution (CFS) with hydrogen peroxide - 1 vial (13 ml).
• Stop-reagent - 2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution - 1 vial (6 ml).
