2. Foley catheters latex-coated with silicone, 3-way: Sizes (FR) 14 to 30 - length not less than 360 mm
3. Foley catheters silicone, 2-way with radiopaque stripe:
   • Size (FR) 06, 08, 10 - length not less than 220 mm
   • Size (FR) 12 to 30 - length not less than 360 mm
4. Foley catheters silicone, 3-way with radiopaque stripe: Sizes (FR) 16 to 24 - length not less than 360 mm
5. High-flow Foley catheters, 2-way:
   • Size (FR) 06, 08, 10 - length not less than 220 mm
   • Size (FR) 12 to 30 - length not less than 360 mm
6. High-flow Foley catheters, 3-way: Sizes (FR) 14 to 30 - length not less than 360 mm
7. Nelaton catheter with radiopaque stripe: Sizes (FR) 06 to 30 - length 200 mm and 400 mm
