The reagent kit is designed for qualitative detection of RNA of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus from nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swabs using the modified loop-mediated isothermal amplification method with visual detection. The kit comes in two configurations, each designed for 96 determinations, including controls. The analysis time (excluding the RNA extraction stage) is 25 minutes for each kit.
