The reagents kit for the PCR detection of DNA from Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Haemophilus influenzae in real-time, known as "AmpliPrime® M. pneumoniae / C. pneumoniae / S. pneumoniae / H. influenzae," is designed for diagnostic purposes in accordance with TU 21.20.23-178-09286667-2022. The kit is available in two versions:

Version 1:

PCR Mix M.pne/C.pne/S.pne/H.inf - 1.20 ml x 1 tube.
PCR Buffer-H - 0.65 ml x 1 tube.
PKO M.pne/C.pne/S.pne/H.inf - 0.26 ml x 1 tube.
VKO FL - 1.10 ml x 1 tube.
OKO - 1.10 ml x 1 tube.
K- - 0.26 ml x 1 tube.
