I. NGSgo Library Full Kit, Part 1 of 2 (NGSgo-IndX Plate I or II or III or IV & NGSgoLibrX) includes:
1. Enzyme for end repair - NGSgo-LibrX End Prep Enzyme, 2 vials of 72 μL each.
2. End repair buffer - NGSgo-LibrX End Prep Buffer, 2 vials of 156 μL each.
3. Ligase mix - NGSgo-LibrX Ligase Mix, 2 vials of 360 μL each.
4. Ligation enhancer - NGSgo-LibrX Ligation Enhancer, 2 vials of 24 μL each.
5. PCR mix - NGSgo-LibrX HiFi PCR Mix, 3 vials of 600 μL each.
