• Strip-coated tablet with human tissue transglutaminase immobilized on the inner surface of the wells (hereinafter - tablet);
• 6 calibration samples containing 0, 10, 25, 50, 100, and 200 IU/ml of IgA antibodies to tissue transglutaminase;
• Buffer for diluting samples;
• Control serum;
• Conjugate;
• Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate solution;
• Concentrated washing solution;
• Stop reagent;
• Adhesive tape with paper backing for sealing the tablet.
