• Strip-coated tablet with gliadin immobilized on the inner surface of the wells (hereinafter - tablet);
• 5 calibration samples containing 0, 25, 50, 100, and 200 IU/ml of IgA antibodies to gliadin;
• IFA Buffer;
• Control serum;
• Conjugate;
• Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate solution;
• Concentrated washing solution;
• Stop reagent;
• Adhesive tape with paper backing for sealing the tablet.
