The "LUES-TEST" reagent kit is designed for the detection of syphilis-associated reagin antibodies according to TU 9398-025-05941003-2008. The kit is available in two versions:
Version 1 (Kit 1) - with uncolored cardiolipin antigen, designed for 500 (Set 1) and 1000 (Set 2) determinations in the microprecipitation reaction of syphilis-associated reagin antibodies.
Version 2 (Kit 2) - with colored cardiolipin antigen, designed for 500 determinations in the microprecipitation reaction of syphilis-associated reagin antibodies, including the analysis of control samples.
The kit includes the following reagents:
- CA - Cardiolipin Antigen:
- Kit 1 (Set 1) - 3 vials of 5.0 ml each;
- Kit 1 (Set 2) - 8 vials of 3.75 ml each or 3 vials of 10.0 ml each;
- Kit 2 - 2 vials of 5.0 ml each.
- K+ - Positive Control Sample:
- Kit 1 (Set 1) - 1 vial of 1.0 ml;
- Kit 2 - 1 vial of 1.0 ml.
- Accessories (Kit 2):
- Test cards (50 pcs.), plastic dropper for dosing CA (1 pc.).
The kit includes: a set of reagents (may also include accessories), instructions for use, and a certificate.
