The reagent kit is designed for the immunoassay determination of total antibodies to Giardia antigens in human serum (plasma) under the name "Giardia AT-IMBIAN-IFA" according to TU 21.20.23-139-41390295-2022. The kit provides 96 determinations with the option to either fractionally use multiple Immunoglobulin strips or use a whole Immunoglobulin. The kit includes:

• Immunoglobulin - 1 piece
• K(+) - inactivated positive control sample - 1 vial (1.5 ml)
• K(-) - inactivated negative control sample - 1 vial (2.5 ml)
• FSB-T (x26) - 26-fold concentrated washing solution - 1 vial (30.0 ml)
• RRO - sample dilution solution - 1 vial (12.0 ml)
• RK - conjugate solution - 1 vial (13.0 ml)
• TMB - tetramethylbenzidine solution - 1 vial (13.0 ml)
• Stop reagent - 1 vial (12.0 ml)
• Adhesive film for sealing the plate - 2 pieces
• Reagent tray - 2 pieces
• Tips with a volume of up to 200 μl - 16 pieces
