The reagent kit for the quantitative determination of urea content using the urease method, endpoint in blood serum and urine (UREA KT DDS) as per TU 9398-002-48813770-2004 includes:

• Reagent 1: Buffer solution, pH 7.0 ± 0.1;
• Reagent 2: Solution containing sodium hydroxide;
• Reagent 3: Urease solution;
• Calibrator: Urea calibration solution 8.3 mmol/L.
