• Calibrator samples based on human serum containing known quantities of Free T4: 0; 5.15; 12.87; 28.31; 54.05; and 95.24 pmol/L of Free T4 - 6 tubes (1.0 mL each).
• Conjugate of Free T4 with horseradish peroxidase - 1 vial (12.0 mL).
• TMB substrate solution, 11-fold concentrate - 1 tube (1.5 mL).
• Control serum based on human serum with known Free T4 content - 1 tube (0.6 mL).
• 20-fold wash solution - 1 bottle (50 mL).
• Substrate buffer with hydrogen peroxide - 1 bottle (15 mL).
• Stop reagent - 1 bottle (15 mL).
