Reagent kit for determining polymorphisms in genes MTHFR, MTR, MTRR associated with folate cycle disorders using real-time PCR (Genetics of Folate Metabolism) according to TU 21.20.23-130-46482062-2021.

Variants:

I. Configuration #1, includes:

1. Amplification mixtures (4 types):
   • MTHFR: 667 C>T (Ala222Val) - 1 tube (960 μl)
   • MTHFR: 1298 A>C (Glu429Ala) - 1 tube (960 μl)
   • MTR: 2756 A>G (Asp919Gly) - 1 tube (960 μl)
   • MTRR: 66 A>G (Ile22Met) - 1 tube (960 μl)
2. Polymerase TechnoTaq MAX - 1 tube (100 μl)
3. PCR buffer - 2 tubes (1.0 ml each)
4. Mineral oil - 4 tubes (1.0 ml each)

II. Configuration #2, includes:

1. Amplification mixtures (4 types):
   • MTHFR: 667 C>T (Ala222Val) - 1 tube (960 μl)
   • MTHFR: 1298 A>C (Glu429Ala) - 1 tube (960 μl)
   • MTR: 2756 A>G (Asp919Gly) - 1 tube (960 μl)
