The "GALACTOSA-NEOSCREEN" reagent kit for neonatal galactosemia screening by the fluorescent method in dried blood spots complies with TU 9398-053-49941990-2015. Available in two configurations:

Configuration 1 (for 192 tests):

• 2 plates
• 1 pack of calibration samples
• 1 pack of control samples
• 1 bottle of zinc sulfate reagent (10 ml)
• 1 bottle of stop reagent (50 ml)
• 1 bottle of buffer-renewal solution (50 ml)
• 2 bottles of galactose oxidase reagent (6.0 ml each)
• 2 bottles of fluorogenic substrate (3.0 ml each)

Configuration 2 (for 960 tests):

• 10 plates
• 1 pack of calibration samples
• 1 pack of control samples
• 1 bottle of zinc sulfate reagent (30 ml)
• 1 bottle of stop reagent (240 ml)
• 1 bottle of buffer-renewal solution (240 ml)
• 10 bottles of galactose oxidase reagent (6.0 ml each)
• 10 bottles of fluorogenic substrate (3.0 ml each)
