This reagent kit is designed for the quantification of prolactin levels in human serum or plasma using the immunoradiometric assay method (IRMA-PROLACTIN-NB):

• Monoclonal antibodies to prolactin labeled with 125I;
• Polystyrene tubes with immobilized monoclonal antibodies to prolactin;
• 7 calibration samples based on fetal calf serum with sodium azide (< 0.01%) containing known quantities of prolactin: 0, 1.5, 4.5, 9.0, 27, 54, and 200 ng/mL;
• Washing solution, concentrate;
• Control serum (CS).
