I. Kit No.1 - designed for 96 tests, including control samples; the reaction mixture consists of two components and is packaged in tubes, comprising:

1. Part 1, including:
   • "LB" - lysis buffer - 1 vial (80.0 ± 1.0 ml);
   • "WB" - wash buffer - 1 vial (55.0 ± 1.0 ml);
   • "EV" - elution buffer - 1 vial (15.0 ± 0.5 ml);
   • "M" - magnetic particles - 1 tube (1.2 ± 0.1 ml).
2. Part 2, including:
   • "VKO" - internal control sample - 1 tube (120 ± 10 µl);
   • "Mix-OT" - reaction mixture for OT-PCR - 1 tube (1.3 ± 0.1 ml);
   • "DP-mixture" - mixture of gene-specific oligonucleotide primers and fluorescently labeled probe - 1 tube (200 ± 10 µl);
   • "PK" - positive control, containing specific fragments of SARS-CoV-2 virus cDNA - 1 tube (120 ± 10 µl);
   • "OK" - negative control, lacking specific fragments of SARS-CoV-2 virus cDNA - 1 tube (1.5 ± 0.1 ml);

II. Kit No.2 - designed for 96 tests, including control samples; the ready reaction mixture is packaged in microplate wells, comprising:
