Immunoassay plate (immunosorbent) - mouse monoclonal antibodies to HBsAg, adsorbed on the inner surfaces of the wells of a 96-well stripped plate - 1 pc.
Positive control serum K+ - highly purified recombinant HBsAg up to an optical density (OD) level of 3.0±0.5 OD units in IFA, in human blood serum, containing bromophenol blue 0.02 g; ready to use - 1 tube or bottle (2.0 ml).
Negative control serum K- - human blood serum not containing HBsAg; containing bromophenol yellow 0.02 g, ready to use - 1 tube or bottle (4.0 ml).
Conjugate concentrate - {mouse monoclonal antibodies to HBsAg conjugated with horseradish peroxidase}, containing bromophenol blue; 11-fold concentrate - 1 tube or bottle (0.7 ml).
Conjugate dilution buffer {sodium chloride 9.0 g; monosodium phosphate 2-water 1.4 g; disodium phosphate 2-water 0.8 g; Tween-20 1.0 ml; bovine serum albumin 3.0 g; pH 7.0-7.2; ready to use - 1 bottle (7.0 ml).
Tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) substrate solution - 1 bottle (12 ml).
Wash solution concentrate {sodium chloride 90 g; Tween-20 10.0 ml; benzoic acid 0.02 ml}, pH 6.0-6.2; 21-fold concentrate - 1 bottle (50 ml).
Stop solution {sulfuric acid 5.0%} - 1 bottle (12 ml).
Adhesive tape with paper backing for sealing the plate - 2 pcs.
