1. Configuration 1 includes the "AmpliSense® MAGNO-sorb-URO" reagent kit variant 100, consisting of:
   • Lysis solution MS-URO - 1 bottle (45 ml);
   • Component A-1 - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
   • Wash solution 4 - 1 bottle (20 ml);
   • Magnetized silica - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
   • Elution buffer B - 1 bottle (15 ml);
   • BKO-FL - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
   • OKO - 2 tubes (1.2 ml each).
2. Configuration 2 includes the "AmpliSense® MAGNO-sorb-URO" reagent kit variant 100D, consisting of:
   • Lysis solution MS-URO - 1 bottle (45 ml);
   • Component A-1 - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
   • Wash solution 4 - 1 bottle (20 ml);
   • Magnetized silica - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
   • Elution buffer B - 1 bottle (15 ml);
   • MUCOLYZIN - 1 bottle (100 ml);
   • PBS buffer - 1 bottle (100 ml);
   • Cytolysin - 1 bottle (10 ml);
   • OKO - 2 tubes (1.2 ml each).
