• Monoclonal antibodies to PSA, [solution of monoclonal antibodies to PSA, labeled with 125I], ready for use - 1 vial (17 ml);
• Polystyrene tubes with immobilized monoclonal antibodies to free PSA on the inner surface, ready for use - 100 pcs.;
• Calibration samples based on a buffer solution with bovine serum albumin, certified according to the international standard of free PSA WHO 96/668, containing known amounts of free PSA: 0; 0.3; 1.0; 3.0; 10 and 30 ng/ml; sodium azide, less than 0.01%; sodium chloride, 0.9%; concentrations of free PSA in calibration samples may slightly differ from the specified values, exact values are indicated on the labels of the vials, ready for use - 6 vials (vial without free PSA - 2.0 ml, the rest of the vials - 0.5 ml each);
• Control serum based on a buffer solution with bovine serum albumin with a known content of free PSA, containing sodium azide, less than 0.01% - 1 vial;
• Washing solution, concentrate [sodium chloride, 212.4 g/l; Tween-20 1.25%; sodium azide less than 0.01%]; pH 7.2±0.2 - 1 vial (21 ml).
