The kit includes:

• [125I]-monoclonal antibodies to TG, 1 vial, 55 ml;
• Polystyrene tubes with immobilized monoclonal antibodies to TG, 100 pcs.;
• 7 calibration samples of TG, containing TG in buffer solution with bovine serum albumin and sodium azide (<0.1%) in the concentration range (0; 1 - 500) mcg/L (exact concentrations of TG are indicated on the labels of the vials), calibration sample C0 - 6 ml, 1 vial, calibration samples C1 - C6 - 6 vials of 1 ml each;
• Control sample of TG for "opening" test, 1 vial, 4 ml;
• Buffer solution, 1 vial, 50 ml;
• Concentrated washing solution, 1 vial, 50 ml;
• Control serums No.1 and No.2, containing known amounts of TG in donor blood serum with sodium azide (<0.1%), lyophilized preparations, 2 vials of 1 ml each.
