2. Reagent 2: Buffer-enzyme solution (pH 7.0) containing Good's buffer, 30 mmol/L; cholesterol esterase (CHE), 4.0 kU/L; cholesterol oxidase (CHO), 20 kU/L; F-DAOS [N-ethyl-N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3,5-dimethoxy-4-fluoroaniline sodium salt], 0.8 mmol/L; sodium azide, 0.95 g/L.
