The kit includes: reagent kit, instructions for use, passport. The reagent kit contains the following components:

1. [125I]-protein A, liquid preparation, 1 vial, 33.0 ml.
2. Polystyrene tubes with immobilized avidin (or polystyrene tubes with immobilized streptavidin), ready for use, 100 pcs.
3. Biotin-TPO, liquid preparation, 2 vials of 16.5 ml each or lyophilized preparation of 2 ml volume, 2 vials.
4. Calibration samples with concentrations of anti-TPO 0; 30; 100; 300; 600; 1800 IU/ml (exact concentrations of anti-TPO are indicated on the vial labels), liquid preparations, 6 vials of 0.5 ml each.
5. Buffer solution for dilution, liquid preparation, 1 vial, 100.0 ml.
6. Concentrated washing solution, liquid preparation, 1 vial, 50.0 ml.
7. CS - human blood serum containing a known amount of anti-TPO, lyophilized preparation of 0.25 ml volume, 1 vial.
