Calibration samples based on a buffer solution with bovine serum albumin, certified according to the international standard of anti-TG WHO 65/093, containing known amounts of anti-TG: 0; 50; 200; 600; 2000 and 6000 IU/ml; sodium azide less than 0.01%; sodium chloride; concentrations of anti-TG in calibration samples may slightly differ from the specified values, exact values are indicated on the labels of the vials, ready for use - 6 vials (0.5 ml each);
Buffer solution for dilution [sodium phosphate 2-substituted 2-aqueous; sodium phosphate 1-substituted aqueous; bovine serum albumin], sodium chloride 0.9%; sodium azide less than 0.01%; ready for use - 1 vial (125 ml);
Washing solution, concentrate [sodium chloride 0.9%; Tween-20 1.25%; sodium azide less than 0.01%]; pH 7.2±0.2 - 1 vial (50 ml);
Control serum based on human blood serum with a known content of anti-TG, containing sodium azide less than 0.1%, 1 vial (0.5 ml).
