  2. PCR Mix 2 - clear colorless liquid, containing:

    • Ammonium sulfate ("SibEnzyme", Russia) - 41.5 mmol.
    • Magnesium chloride ("SibEnzyme", Russia) - 5.0 mmol.
    • Tween-20 ("SibEnzyme", Russia) - 0.025%.
  3. Taq Polymerase - clear colorless liquid ("SibEnzyme", Russia) - 5 units/µL.
  4. TE Buffer - clear colorless liquid, containing:
    • Tris-HCl ("Amresco", USA) - 10 mmol.
    • Na2-EDTA ("Amresco", USA) - 1 mmol.
  5. Nuclease-free Water - clear colorless liquid ("Fermentas", USA).
  6. DNase - clear colorless liquid ("Promega", USA) - 1 unit/µL.
  7. DNase Reaction Buffer - clear colorless liquid, containing:
    • Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) ("Promega", USA) - 400 mmol.
    • Magnesium sulfate ("Promega", USA) - 100 mmol.
    • Calcium chloride ("Promega", USA) - 10 mmol.
  8. Stop Buffer for DNase - clear colorless liquid, containing:
    • EDTA (pH 8.0) ("Promega", USA) - 20 mmol.
  9. Positive Control DNA Sample Y. pestis (PCO DNA Y. pestis) - clear colorless liquid, representing an aqueous solution of Y. pestis DNA at a concentration of 1 ng.
  10. Positive Control DNA Sample F. tularensis (PCO DNA F. tularensis) - clear colorless liquid, representing an aqueous solution of F. tularensis DNA at a concentration of 1 ng.
