• PCR mix-1 Burkholderia mallei, Burkholderia pseudomallei, wax-encapsulated - 50 polypropylene microtubes, 0.5 ml each.
• PCR mix-2 - 1 tube, 1.5 ml.
• Taq-F polymerase - 1 tube, 0.5 ml.
• MgCl2 25 mM - 1 tube, 1.5 ml.
• Positive controls - DNA of B. pseudomallei and B. mallei - 2 tubes, 1.5 ml each.
• Internal control - 1 tube, 1.5 ml.
• Sterile distilled water - 1 tube, 1.5 ml.
• Mineral oil - 1 tube, 1.5 ml.
• Usage instructions, passport.

Packaging: The kit is packed in a resealable polyethylene bag.
