This reagent kit is designed for the detection of RNA from Influenza A virus and Influenza B virus using real-time RT-PCR.

Nucleic Acid Extraction Reagent Kit (PROBA-NK):

- Lysis Solution - 1 bottle (30 ml);
- Precipitation Reagent - 1 bottle (40 ml);
- Wash Solution #1 - 1 bottle (50 ml);
- Wash Solution #2 - 1 bottle (30 ml);
- Buffer for Dissolution - 4 tubes (1.25 ml each);
- Negative Control Sample - 2 tubes (1.5 ml each);
- Internal Control Sample (DNA-IC) - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
- Internal Control Sample (RNA-IC) - 1 tube (1.0 ml).

Reverse Transcription Reagent Kit:

- Reverse Transcription Buffer (RT Buffer) - 1 tube (100 µl);
- Reverse Transcriptase - 1 tube (25 µl);
- Primers OT-RANDOM + dNTPs - 1 tube (50 µl).

Reagents for PCR Amplification of Influenza A Virus cDNA:

- Amplification Mixture, paraffin-sealed - 48 tubes (20 µl each) / 6 strips of 8 tubes (20 µl each);
- Taq Polymerase - 1 tube (25 µl);
- PCR Buffer - 1 tube (500 µl);
- Mineral Oil - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
- Positive Control Sample - 1 tube (75 µl).

Reagents for PCR Amplification of Influenza B Virus cDNA:

- Amplification Mixture, paraffin-sealed - 48 tubes (20 µl each) / 6 strips of 8 tubes (20 µl each);
- Taq Polymerase - 1 tube (25 µl);
- PCR Buffer - 1 tube (500 µl);
- Mineral Oil - 1 tube (1.0 ml);
- Positive Control Sample - 1 tube (75 µl).
