This kit is designed for the detection of nucleic acids of respiratory viruses using real-time RT-PCR. It includes:

Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (PROBA-NK):

• Lysis Solution - 1 bottle (30 ml)
• Precipitation Reagent - 1 bottle (40 ml)
• Washing Solution #1 - 1 bottle (50 ml)
• Washing Solution #2 - 1 bottle (30 ml)
• Dissolving Buffer - 4 tubes (1.25 ml each)
• Negative Control Sample - 2 tubes (1.5 ml each)
• Internal Control Sample (DNA Control) - 1 tube (1.0 ml)

Reverse Transcription Reagent Kit:
