1. Reagent in tubes for DNA extraction from bioprobe for subsequent PCR analysis (DNA-EXPRESS) (TU 9398-450-17253567-2003) - 50, 100, or 200 tubes (200 μL each).
2. Set of reagents for amplification, including:
   • Reaction mixture - 1 tube (140 μL, 275 μL, or 550 μL).
   • Taq polymerase - 1 tube (13 μL, 25 μL, or 50 μL).
   • Diluent - 1 tube (2.0 mL) or 2 tubes (2.0 mL each).
   • Mineral oil - 1 tube (2.2 mL) or 2 tubes (2.2 mL each).
   • Positive control DNA sample - 1 tube (30 μL or 60 μL).
