Immunosorbent - Disassembled polystyrene 96-well plate with transparent colorless wells, containing sorbed recombinant protein reproducing the immunodominant fragment of the amino acid sequence of the gE protein of tick-borne encephalitis virus - 1 plate;
Conjugate (concentrate x 21) - Mouse monoclonal antibodies to human immunoglobulin G conjugated with horseradish peroxidase. Transparent or slightly opalescent, colorless or light-yellow liquid - 1 vial, 0.75 ml;
K+ (positive control sample) - Human serum containing IgG antibodies to TBE, without HBsAg, antibodies to HIV-1,2 and hepatitis C virus, inactivated. Transparent or slightly opalescent, crimson liquid - 1 vial, 1.5 ml;
K- (negative control sample) - Human serum containing no antibodies to TBE, without HBsAg, antibodies to HIV-1,2 and hepatitis C virus, inactivated. Transparent or slightly opalescent, green liquid - 1 vial, 2.5 ml;
RRK - Solution for dilution of conjugate. Transparent or slightly opalescent, yellow liquid with possible sediment formation - 1 vial, 13.5 ml;
BR - Blocking solution for working dilution of test sera. Transparent or slightly opalescent, blue-violet liquid with possible sediment formation - 1 vial, 12.5 ml;
PR (concentrate x 25) - Wash solution. Transparent or slightly opalescent, colorless or light-yellow liquid with possible sediment formation, completely soluble at a temperature from 35 to 39°C with shaking - 1 vial, 50.0 ml;
SB - Substrate buffer solution containing citric acid, sodium acetate, and hydrogen peroxide solution. Transparent colorless liquid - 1 vial, 15.0 ml;
TMB - Solution containing 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine dihydrochloride. Transparent colorless liquid - 1 vial, 1.5 ml;
Stop reagent - 0.75 M aqueous sulfuric acid solution. Transparent colorless liquid - 1 vial, 25.0 ml.
