Reagent kit designed for determining the mutation status of the NRAS gene using multiplex PCR-RV method, with detection of melting curves in human genomic DNA samples from fixed tissue labeled as "Test-NRAS-tissue-multi" according to TU 21.20.23-036-97638376-2020.

Components:

1. Test-NRAS-tissue multi reagent kit includes:
   • PCR buffer: 2 tubes of 840 µL each.
   • Primer mix 12: 1 tube of 112 µL.
   • Primer mix 13: 1 tube of 112 µL.
   • Primer mix 59: 1 tube of 112 µL.
   • Primer mix 61: 1 tube of 112 µL.
   • Primer mix 117: 1 tube of 112 µL.
   • Primer mix 146: 1 tube of 112 µL.
   • Positive control oligonucleotide (PCO): 1 tube of 324 µL.
   • Negative control oligonucleotide (NCO): 1 tube of 324 µL.
