1. Reagent 1 - enzyme solution containing Good's buffer 50 mmol/l, cholesterol oxidase 380 U/l, cholesterol esterase 380 U/l, catalase 490 U/l, N-(2-hydroxy-3-sulfopropyl)-3,5-dimethoxyaniline 0.45 mmol/l, pH 7.0
2. Reagent 2 - enzyme-substrate solution containing Good's buffer 50 mmol/l, 4-aminoantipyrine 1 mmol/l, peroxidase 1000 U/l, pH 7.0
3. Calibrator - lyophilized based on human serum containing LDL cholesterol, to prepare 1 ml of calibration solution
