• 96-well polystyrene microplate with immobilized mouse monoclonal IgG antibodies to human 17-OH-PG on the inner surface - 1 piece;
• Calibrator samples based on human blood serum containing known quantities of human 17-OH-PG: 0 (1.0 mL); 0.2; 0.4; 1.6; 6.4; and 19.2 ng/mL (each 0.8 mL) - 6 tubes;
• Conjugate of 17-OH-PG with horseradish peroxidase - 1 vial (6.0 mL);
• TMB substrate solution, 11-fold concentrate - 1 tube (1.5 mL);
• Control serum based on human blood serum with known content of 17-OH-PG - 1 tube (0.6 mL);
• 20-fold washing solution - 1 vial (50 mL);
• Substrate buffer - 1 vial (15 mL);
