The kit includes:

1. Set of reagents for nucleic acid extraction, including:
   • Negative control sample - 2 tubes (1.5 ml each)
   • Internal control sample (~500 copies RNA/μl) - 1 tube (1.0 ml)
   • Lysis solution - 1 bottle (30 ml)
   • Precipitation reagent - 1 bottle (40 ml)
