The HCV-AG Immunoassay Test Kit for the detection of hepatitis C virus antigen, diagnostic kit according to TU 9398-196-05941003-2011, is available in three kits with the following composition (see Appendix on 1 sheet):

• Kit №1 - designed for 96 determinations (one breakable tablet).
• Kit №2 - designed for 192 determinations (two breakable tablets).
• Kit №3 - designed for 480 determinations (five breakable tablets).

Components include:

• Immunoabsorbent;
• Conjugate-1 (concentrate x 11);
• Conjugate-2 (concentrate x 11);
• K+ - positive control;
• K- - negative control;
• RRK-1 - solution for dilution of conjugate-1;
• RRK-2 - solution for dilution of conjugate-2;
• PR (concentrate x 25) - wash solution;
• SB - substrate buffer solution;
• TMB - chromogen 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine;
• Stop reagent.
