Material Preservation:

EASYPREP Preservative Solution:
- Prevents protein denaturation, drying, and deterioration of sample quality.
- Ensures preservation of cellular morphological structure.
- Slightly dilutes hemolysis and mucus.
Samples in the preservative solution can be stored for up to 7 days at room temperature or up to 3 months in the refrigerator.
Re-preparation of the specimen and PCR diagnostics for HPV are possible.

EASYPREP Reagents:

Density Gradient Solution: Used for separating target cells from background elements during centrifugation.
Suspension Buffer: Used for diluting enriched cellular material.
Washing Solution: Necessary for cleaning the system after the preparation cycle.
