The kit includes:

• Immuno-sorbent - separable polystyrene tablet (12 strips of 8 wells each) with immobilized monoclonal antibodies to TG on the inner surface of the wells - 1 pc.
• Conjugate - monoclonal antibodies to human TG labeled with horseradish peroxidase, in transparent or opalescent pink liquid. Contains: 0.1% proclin 300, 0.004% gentamicin sulfate - 1 bottle 12.0 ml.
• Calibrators 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 - standard calibration samples with a known amount of TG, certified against TG CRM 457 BCR (Brussels). Transparent or slightly opalescent light yellow liquids. Contains: 0.1% proclin 300, 0.004% gentamicin sulfate, 0.1% phenol - 6 bottles of 0.5 ml each, Calibrator 0 - 2.0 ml.
• Control serum - serum with a known TG content in light yellow liquid. The TG concentration value is indicated on the bottle label and in the quality analytical passport. Contains: 0.1% proclin 300, 0.004% gentamicin sulfate, 0.1% phenol - 1 bottle 0.5 ml.
• PR (concentrate x 25) - concentrate flushing solution in clear or light yellow liquid - 1 bottle 50.0 ml.
• TMB-Substrate solution - clear colorless liquid - 1 bottle 14.0 ml.
• Stop reagent/0.2M - sulfuric acid at a concentration of 0.2 mol/l, clear colorless liquid - 1 bottle 25.0 ml.
• Blank for calibration curve construction - 1 pc.
• Instructions for use - 1 pc.
