• Conjugate - monoclonal antibodies to AFP, conjugated with horseradish peroxidase; transparent or opalescent pink liquid. Contains preservatives: 0.05% proclin 300, 0.004% gentamicin sulfate, 0.1% phenol - 1 vial (12.0 ml).
• Calibrator 0, Calibrator 1, Calibrator 2, Calibrator 3, Calibrator 4, Calibrator 5 - standard calibration samples containing known concentrations of AFP, certified according to the first international standard 72/225. Transparent or opalescent light-yellow liquids. AFP concentration values are indicated on bottle labels and in the analytical quality passport. Contains preservatives: 0.05% proclin 300, 0.004% gentamicin sulfate, 0.1% phenol - 6 vials of 0.5 ml each (Calibrator 0 - 2.0 ml).
• Control serum - serum with a known AFP content. Transparent or opalescent light-yellow liquid. AFP concentration value in the serum is indicated on the bottle label and in the analytical quality passport. • PR (concentrate x 25) - washing solution, concentrate. Transparent or slightly opalescent, colorless or light-yellow liquid - 1 vial (50.0 ml).
• TMB-Substrate solution - transparent colorless liquid - 1 vial (14.0 ml).
• Stop reagent/0.2M - sulfuric acid at a concentration of 0.2 mol/L. Transparent colorless liquid - 1 vial (25.0 ml).
