This kit includes:

1. Dropper Bottle No. 1 with Blue Cap (Latex Test for E. coli O104:H4): Contains a 0.5% suspension of monodisperse polystyrene aldehyde latex particles with a diameter of 0.65 µm, sensitized with immunoglobulin G isolated from rabbit sera containing antibodies to lipopolysaccharide O104 and flagellar antigen H4 of E. coli O104:H4.
2. Dropper Bottle No. 2 with White Cap (Control Latex Test): Contains a 0.5% suspension of monodisperse polystyrene aldehyde latex particles, sensitized with immunoglobulins from sera of non-immunized rabbits.
3. Dropper Bottle No. 3 with Green Cap (Positive Control E. coli O104:H4): Contains heat-inactivated suspension of E. coli O104:H4 culture, concentration 10 units according to OSO 42-28-85 P.
