Diagnostic Reagent Kit for Rapid Identification of Hemorrhagic Colitis Pathogen Escherichia coli O157:H7 via Latex Agglutination, Liquid (Latex Test System E.coli O157:H7) according to TU 9388-154-78095326-2013

This kit includes:

1. Dropper Bottle No. 1 with Blue Cap (Specific Latex Test for E. coli O157:H7): Contains a 0.5% suspension of monodisperse polystyrene aldehyde latex particles with a diameter of 0.65 µm, sensitized with immunoglobulins G isolated from rabbit sera containing antibodies to lipopolysaccharide O157 and flagellar antigen H7 of E. coli O157:H7.
2. Dropper Bottle No. 2 with White Cap (Control Latex Test): Contains a 0.5% suspension of monodisperse polystyrene aldehyde latex particles, sensitized with immunoglobulins from sera of non-immunized rabbits.
3. Dropper Bottle No. 3 with Green Cap (Positive Control E. coli O157:H7): Contains inactivated culture suspension of E. coli O157:H7, concentration 10 units according to OSO 42-28-85 P.
