The AmpliPrime® T. pallidum DNA Detection Reagent Kit is designed for the real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection of Treponema pallidum DNA and complies with TU 21.20.23-171-09286667-2022.

Kit Components:

1. Option 1:
   • PCR Mix TP - 1.20 ml x 1 tube
   • PCR Buffer-N - 0.65 ml x 1 tube
   • PCR Inhibitor TR - 0.26 ml x 1 tube
   • Control DNA - 1.10 ml x 1 tube
   • Control - 0.26 ml x 1 tube
2. Option 2:
   • PCR Mix TP - 0.01 ml x 100 tubes (12.5 strips of 8 tubes each)
   • PCR Buffer-K - 1.20 ml x 1 tube
   • PCR Inhibitor TR - 0.26 ml x 1 tube
   • Control DNA - 1.10 ml x 1 tube
