The AmpliPrime® HCV Reagent Kit is available in four different configurations:

1. Configuration 1:
   • PCR Mix HCV - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
   • Buffer C - 0.3 ml x 2 tubes
   • Reagent TG - 0.015 ml x 2 tubes
   • Taq Polymerase - 0.06 ml x 2 tubes
   • Revertase R - 0.015 ml x 2 tubes
   • PKO-1 HCV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
   • PKO-2 HCV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
   • VKO B - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
   • OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes
   • K- - 0.3 ml x 2 tubes
2. Configuration 2:
   • PCR Mix HCV - 0.01 ml x 100 tubes (12.5 strips with 8 tubes each)
   • Buffer D - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
   • Reagent TG - 0.015 ml x 2 tubes
   • Taq Polymerase - 0.06 ml x 2 tubes
   • Revertase R - 0.015 ml x 2 tubes
   • PKO-1 HCV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
   • PKO-2 HCV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
   • VKO B - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
   • OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes
   • K- - 0.3 ml x 2 tubes
3. Configuration 3:
   • PCR Mix HCV - 0.01 ml x 100 tubes
   • Buffer D - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
   • Reagent TG - 0.015 ml x 2 tubes
   • Taq Polymerase - 0.06 ml x 2 tubes
   • Revertase R - 0.015 ml x 2 tubes
   • PKO-1 HCV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
   • PKO-2 HCV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
   • VKO B - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
   • OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes
   • K- - 0.3 ml x 2 tubes
4. Configuration 4:
   • PCR Mix HCV Lyo - 96 tubes (12 strips with 8 tubes each)
   • PKO-1 HCV Lyo - 4 tubes
   • PKO-2 HCV Lyo - 4 tubes
   • VKO B Lyo - 2 tubes
   • OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes
   • Diluent - 1.2 ml x 2 tubes

The kit includes:

1. Reagent Kit (Configuration 1, 2, 3, or 4)
2. Short User Manual in printed form
3. Set of inserts for the kit in printed form
