AmpliPrime® HBV Reagent Kit for Detection and Quantitative Determination of Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) DNA by Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Method per TU 21.20.23-160-09286667-2022

The AmpliPrime® HBV Reagent Kit is available in four different configurations:

Configuration 1:
- PCR Mix HBV - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
- Buffer C - 0.3 ml x 2 tubes
- Taq Polymerase - 0.06 ml x 2 tubes
- PKO-1 HBV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
- PKO-2 HBV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
- VKO B - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
- OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes
- K- - 0.3 ml x 2 tubes
Configuration 2:
- PCR Mix HBV - 0.01 ml x 100 tubes (12.5 strips with 8 tubes each)
- Buffer D - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
- Taq Polymerase - 0.06 ml x 2 tubes
- PKO-1 HBV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
- PKO-2 HBV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
- VKO B - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
- OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes
- K- - 0.3 ml x 2 tubes
Configuration 3:
- PCR Mix HBV - 0.01 ml x 100 tubes
- Buffer D - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
- Taq Polymerase - 0.06 ml x 2 tubes
- PKO-1 HBV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
- PKO-2 HBV - 0.025 ml x 4 tubes
- VKO B - 0.6 ml x 2 tubes
- OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes

Configuration 4:
- PCR Mix HBV Lyo - 96 tubes (12 strips with 8 tubes each)
- PKO-1 HBV Lyo - 4 tubes
- PKO-2 HBV Lyo - 4 tubes
- VKO B Lyo - 2 tubes
- OKO - 1.1 ml x 2 tubes
- Diluent - 1.2 ml x 2 tubes
