This reagent kit is designed for the qualitative determination of allergen-specific antibodies in human serum, plasma, and/or whole blood for rapid allergy diagnosis (ALLERGO-EXPRESS) according to TU 9398-006-73678649-2014. The kit includes:

1. Test strips (width 5.0-5.5 mm, length 60-65 mm) on a white plastic base (Brauberg, Germany, code 221659), with cellulose sensor elements adsorbed with various allergens or allergen mixes, attached to a plastic holder, marked as P1 - 20 pieces.
2. Control test strips (width 5.0-5.5 mm, length 60-65 mm) on a white plastic base (Brauberg, Germany, code 221659), with cellulose sensor elements adsorbed with ragweed pollen allergen, attached to a plastic holder, marked as P1a - 2 pieces.
3. Positive control serum with high levels of specific antibodies (pool of human sera), marked as P2 (K+) - 1 vial (0.05 ml).
4. Negative control serum (0.1% solution of fetal calf serum in phosphate buffer (potassium dihydrogen phosphate (GOST 4198-75), 9.078 g; sodium hydrogen phosphate (GOST 4172-76), 11.876 g)), marked as P2 (K-) - 1 vial (0.05 ml).
5. Buffer washing solution (tris(oxymethyl)aminomethane (Amresco, USA, cat. No. Am-0497); 1M hydrochloric acid (GOST 3118-77); sodium chloride (GOST 4233-77); Tween-20 (Amresco, USA, cat. No. Am-0777)), pH = 7.4, marked as P3 - 1 bottle (25 ml).
6. Conjugate of polyclonal antibodies against light and heavy peptide chains of human immunoglobulins with horseradish peroxidase (TU 9398-331-13180653-02), marked as P4 - 1 vial (0.6 ml).
7. Chromogen solution - tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) (Diaplus, Russia, cat. No. 0763600), marked as P5 - 1 bottle (0.6 ml).
8. Stop reagent (1N sulfuric acid solution (GOST 4204-77)), marked as P6 - 1 bottle (0.6 ml).
9. Pasteur transfer pipettes Ø 3 mm (BioloT, Russia, cat. No. 5.1.90) - 12 pieces.
